“Company” / “Learnovate”
means Learnovate Events, trading as Learnovate.

“Client” / “Participant” / “Delegate”
means the individual or entity requesting, purchasing, or attending the Services.

“Services”
means courses, workshops, certifications, webinars, online modules, training materials, and related services provided by Learnovate.

“Confirmation Date”
means the date on which all of the following occur:
(i) Learnovate receives a valid request to supply Services;
(ii) Learnovate confirms availability of the requested Service; and
(iii) payment is received in full or an alternative payment method is approved in writing.

“Contract”
means the agreement between Learnovate and the Client for the provision of Services, incorporating these Terms & Conditions.

“Day / Week / Month”
mean a calendar day, seven consecutive calendar days, and a calendar month respectively.

“Intellectual Property (IP)”
includes all training materials, manuals, presentations, videos, designs, trademarks, copyrights, confidential information, and proprietary content.
